Consultant: Grants Strategy, Management and Training	Required Experience and Qualifications At least 10 years of progressively responsible grant management experience in international development At least 5 years of grants management experience under USAID-funded projects in complex environments Deep understanding of operational and compliance requirements of international donors Experience integrating grants programming in proposal development and project design Prior experience developing and deploying grants management programs at both a corporate and project level Experience developing and delivering grants management trainings
Field Finance Coordinator	Required Experience & Qualifications Four-year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major or equivalent work experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage high volume workload in fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Desired Experience & Qualifications Knowledge and experience working with USAID and other major donors preferred. Familiarity with compliance to Federal Acquisitions Regulations. Experience with Quickbooks and Deltek Costpoint preferred. Strong communication skills. Fluency in another language in addition to English preferred.
