Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, or master’s degree and eight years of relevant professional experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development for international donor-funded programming of which at least five years include managing USAID bids for both USAID contracts and cooperative agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and/or managing large prime bids for USAID and other donor-funded programming. The successful candidate will have managed successful prime bids for projects with portfolios over 15M.
  • Successful experience engaging local and international partners on USAID bids.
  • Experience conducting capture trips for successful USAID bids.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of USAID rules and regs related to proposals such as rules related to staff and pricing.
  • Experience with health-related topics such as MNCH, infectious diseases, HIV is preferred.
  • Fluency in English language required, fluency in another language such as French, Spanish, or Arabic a plus.
Consultant: Grants Strategy, Management and Training
Required Experience and Qualifications 
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible grant management experience in international development
  • At least 5 years of grants management experience under USAID-funded projects in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of operational and compliance requirements of international donors
  • Experience integrating grants programming in proposal development and project design
  • Prior experience developing and deploying grants management programs at both a corporate and project level
  • Experience developing and delivering grants management trainings
Field Finance Coordinator
Required Experience & Qualifications 
  • Four-year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage high volume workload in fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience working with USAID and other major donors preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance to Federal Acquisitions Regulations.
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Deltek Costpoint preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
