    • Master’s degree in a business-relevant field.
    • 15+ years of progressively responsible business operations, initiative, project, and program management, and team leadership experience with a proven professional record of establishing and maintaining operational excellence via process improvement and change management.
    • 8+ years of experience working on USAID-funded projects with additional federal contracting experience preferred

Manager, Business Development

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, international development, economics, or a relevant field
    • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in international development
    • 4+ years of experience in business development for USAID Experience in the full cycle of business development including pre-positioning, pipeline development, capture, and proposal management
    • 3+ years of experience developing and preparing cost proposals for USAID and other USG clients using MS Excel
    • 3+ years of experience of identifying and tracking Business Development opportunities for USAID and other USG clients
    • 3+ years of research associated with at least one of Resonance’s relevant technical areas – NRM, EG, MEL
    • 2+ years managing proposal teams
    • 2+ years of experience section writing for proposals and writing and editing capability statements for USAID or another USG client

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • 2+ years of experience working on a CRM platform for Business Development needs
    • Experience leading or writing a USAID or other donor technical proposal,

    • Experience with federal clients and donors, preferably USAID, DOS, MCC, DFAT, and DFID

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in global development, or related areas, such as: International Development, Political Science, Business Administration, International Studies, Sustainability, Economics, or related field
