EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of Degree in Medicine or a higher advanced diploma in a medical field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in quality improvement and training.
Have demonstrated capability and experience in the development and provision of HIV and STI clinical training.
Detailed knowledge of GOSS healthcare system and structures including familiarity with SSAC, MOH HIV care & treatment policies, program priorities and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse people, clients and consultants.
Experience with HIV and family planning integration
Experience in working with international donors.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Ability to work as an effective team member in a complex and fast paced environment.
