Education:  Bachelor’s degree with concentration in accounting or finance required

  • At least 6 – 8 years of substantial and progressive accounting and financial management experience, including financial reporting, analysis, business development, cost proposal management, budgeting and experience supporting international project offices required, preferably in a donor-funded programs environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and financial reporting requirements under cooperative agreements and contracts of federal and non-federal funders required, specifically USAID (other funders may include CDC, World Bank, FCDO, etc.).
  • Demonstrable proficiency in a variety of accounting systems and related computer applications, including Microsoft Excel required; proficiency/familiarity with Deltek CostPoint deisred.

  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%) is preferred.
