Program Associate, Anti-Corruption and Governance Center Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required; finance, accounting or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum one year of administrative office experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency-Fluent in Spanish and experience with translation services

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative office experience strongly preferred. Additional degrees/education will be accepted in place of work experience. Project management experience supporting international development programs preferred. Experience working with USAID/NED/DoS funded programs a plus.
  • Background in EU, Western Balkans, or international affairs with an emphasis on political and economic issues and/or democracy development programs strongly preferred. Strong interest in countering malign authoritarian influence preferred.
Program Officer, Global Programs Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in one the following fields is required: International Relations, International Business, Economic Development, or Public Policy
  • Master’s degree, or the equivalent experience, in International Relations, International Business, Economic Development, or Public Policy is preferred
  • At least three to six years’ experience showing a proven track record in project, budget, and staff management
  • Demonstrated understanding of key digital policy and/or digital rights issues and their impact on political, economic, civic, and business trends .
