*A first level university degree (Bachelor’s) in a relevant technical field (as identified above), in conjunction with twelve (12) years of relevant work experience in supply, logistics, procurement, contracting, administration and/or other directly related technical field, may be taken in lieu of an advanced university degree.

Experience:

A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, at the national and international levels, in supply, logistics, procurement, contracting, administration and/or other directly related technical fields is required.

Advanced University degree in any of the following fields: Public Health, Nutrition or a related technical field.

Work Experience

Minimum of eight years with significant professional experience working in emergency contexts preferably UN or  NGO experience at a senior programme management level.  Proven experience in strategic coordination, managing partnerships and knowledge of management tools and methods for effective coordination is critical.
